Oludara Adeeyo is dedicated to advocating for Black women's wellness, having established herself as a psychotherapist and author. She first made her mark on the literary world as an associate web editor at Cosmopolitan Magazine and managing editor of XXL. Out of Los Angeles, California, Oludara has recently released Affirmations For Black Women: A Journal, further cementing her commitment to helping empower those she cares most about.
