The first-ever Epic Fit Fest, held on September 22, 2024, at The Epic in Grand Prairie, Texas, brought together over 400 fitness lovers, health advocates, and community members for an unforgettable day focused on wellness, movement, and fun.

With a lineup of standout sponsors like Red Bull, Texas Trust Credit Union, Uncle Nearest, and Black Girl Vitamins, the festival delivered an all-encompassing health and wellness experience. The energy was palpable as the event kicked off with an invigorating warm-up by Theo Murdaugh, founder of Run It Up Dallas, followed by dynamic HIIT workouts led by fitness pros D Nicole Monroe and Baylore Walker. For a unique twist, Devyn Walker’s Trap Yoga session added a fun cultural flair to the day, offering attendees an innovative way to connect with fitness.

Event co-founder Dr. Kristi Andrew reflected on the festival's success: "Hosting this event was a dream come true. The community truly showed up, and it was amazing to see so many people unite in the name of wellness. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to this journey."

VIP attendees were treated to exclusive wellness services, including B12 shots and IV drips from Total Wellness & Beauty, while everyone could enjoy recovery stations like TRZ Recovery Tent and fitness experiences from the YMCA Motus Fit team and Green Jacket Indoor Golf. The festival had something for everyone, from health-conscious food trucks like CJ's Brunch House and Kev's Que to a bustling vendor marketplace featuring local businesses offering health products and services.
