The Emmy Award winner celebrated the launch of Fridays with Tab & Chance’s new body mist collection at an exclusive beach party.

On Friday, July 10, 2026, Tabitha Brown and co-founder Chance Brown gathered close friends and industry insiders at Tab’s Beach Club to celebrate the launch of Fridays with Tab & Chance’s new Body Mist Collection. It was the kind of event that felt less like a product launch and more like a gathering of people who genuinely get what she’s building.

Guests, including Brely Evans, Bruce & Glen Proctor, Nic Few, Loren Lott, Thomasina Atkins, Trell Thomas, Melissa Fredericks, and Leslie Segar, spent the afternoon with light bites, vegan gelato, and curated drinks from sponsors Huzzy Smart Sips, T Capri Tequila, Level Water, and LOVELUVV Sparkling Wines. A Piece & Glory jewelry pop-up added another touch of intention to the day, and branded gift bags sent people home with something tangible. Everything about the celebration reflected how Tabitha approaches her work: thoughtful, genuine, and built for the people who’ve shown up for her.

A Career Built on Showing Up

Tabitha Brown’s success in fragrance didn’t come out of nowhere. It’s the natural extension of someone who has spent years proving she can move between different worlds without losing herself.

She’s a two-time Emmy Award-winning host who brought authenticity to Food Network’s It’s CompliPlated, the network’s first plant-based cooking competition show. She created and hosts Tab Time, a YouTube children’s show that earned her recognition from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Her acting credits include roles on major networks like Showtime’s “The Chi.” She’s written four New York Times bestselling books. She’s won four NAACP Image Awards. The Savannah College of Art and Design gave her an honorary doctorate because her influence reaches beyond entertainment into culture and impact.

But the real currency in what Tabitha has built is trust. With millions of followers across social platforms, she’s become “America’s Mom” not because anyone gave her that title, but because she showed up consistently with warmth, humor, and real talk. Whether she’s sharing a recipe, a moment of vulnerability, or life advice, people believe her because she’s never tried to be someone she’s not.

When she and Chance decided to launch Fridays with Tab and Chance in April 2025, she brought that same energy to entrepreneurship. There were no endorsement deals brokered through agents, no backing from a major beauty conglomerate, just two people with a vision and a community ready to support it. Within a year, the brand proved that this approach to business works in an industry that’s typically built on celebrity attachment and mass distribution.

Three New Scents, One Accessible Price

The Tab & Chance Body Mist Collection introduces three accessible, made-in-the-USA scents, each at $25.00. The collection carries the same joy, warmth, and intention that define the brand from the beginning.

Each body mist is designed to complement the existing Fridays fragrance line, allowing customers to layer and create their own signature scents. It’s the kind of thoughtful detail that matters to people who understand quality. You’re not buying a throwaway product. You’re buying something that was made with consideration for how people actually want to use fragrance in their daily lives.

The collection stays available exclusively through tabandchance.com, which keeps the brand operating on its own terms. When customers purchase these fragrances, they’re buying directly from Tabitha and Chance Brown, which is exactly how Fridays with Tab & Chance has built trust since launch.

The Expansion Continues

Tab’s Beach Club was more than a celebration. It was a statement about where Tabitha Brown is headed. She’s not slowing down. She’s expanding strategically, with intention, and with the same community that’s supported her from day one in the room.

For Tabitha, the body mist launch is another proof point in a career that keeps redefining what’s possible. She moved from entertainment to hosting to publishing to business without losing credibility in any space. Each success reinforces the others. Her Emmy wins give weight to her voice. Her bestselling books establish her as a thinker. Her fragrance brand proves she can build something profitable and meaningful at the same time.

The way she celebrated this launch says everything about how she operates. The event was exclusive and intimate, community-driven, and priced so people can actually access the product without emptying their pockets. That’s not a celebrity banking on hype. That’s a woman who knows exactly what she’s building and who she’s building it for.
